A knowledgeable guide is an important key to a successful trip.
Our guides are courteous, trained professionals with years of
experience on the river. Guides are employed by the customer;
however, we do the booking. If you prefer a certain guide, let
us know and we will do our best to assigned him to you.
The fee for guide service is included in the flat rate charge. A
50% deposit is required when the trip is booked, and the balance
is due at the end of the trip unless other arrangements have
previously been made.
Cancellation
Policy: A full refund will be made upon a 14-day or more notice.
With a 6-day to 13-day notice, the trip may be transferred to a
different date. No refunds will be made on cancellations of five
days or less.
